Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, we kindly ask that all boarding and daycare reservations be made in advance by phone. This helps us prepare for your pup’s arrival and ensures personalized care.
What vaccinations are required for my dog?
We require proof of current Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, Parvo, and a record of flea prevention to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our guests.
What should I bring when my dog comes to stay?
Please bring your dog’s collar, food, and anything that makes them feel at home—like a favorite toy or blanket. We provide raised beds, leashes, and feeding dishes, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
Can I tour the facility before booking?
Absolutely! We’d love to show you around. Tours are available by appointment.
Are there breed or size restrictions?
Nope! We welcome all breeds and sizes with open paws.
Do you accept puppies or senior dogs?
We happily welcome senior dogs. Puppies must be at least 4 months old to join us.
Can I bring my dog’s own food?
Yes, we require you to bring your dog’s own food to maintain their regular diet and keep their tummies happy.
Do you administer medications?
We are happy to give oral medications (pills), but we do not administer injections.
What if my dog has allergies or special dietary needs?
No problem at all—just pack everything they need, and we’ll make sure your pup gets exactly the right care.
How are dogs grouped during playtime?
For safety, only dogs from the same family are released to play together. If your dog has issues with others, just let us know—we’ll tailor their experience accordingly.
Is there staff on-site overnight?
Yes, your dog will never be left alone. We’re here around the clock.
Is the facility climate-controlled and secure?
Yes! Our facility is heated, air-conditioned, and fully secured with fences and locked doors for your dog’s safety and comfort.
Are there cameras so I can check on my dog?
While we don’t have live cameras, we regularly send text and photo updates so you can see how much fun your pup is having!
How many dogs do you board at one time?
We only take 5 dogs at a time so we can provide personalized care, focused attention, and plenty of cuddles for each pup!
Do you offer multi-dog or multi-day discounts?
Yes! If your dogs share the same kennel and can be fed together, additional dogs receive 50% off.
What is your cancellation policy?
We currently do not have a cancellation policy—just let us know if your plans change.
